We’ve partnered with PIKE13 to provide a smooth and easy way to manage your classes, appointments, and memberships. Everything is at your fingertips, whether you're booking a session, managing your schedule, or making payments. Here’s a simple guide to help you get started!

Step 1: PARENTS - CREATE AN ACCOUNT

To begin, you’ll need a Pike13 account. Follow these steps to set up:

  • Click “Sign Up”: In the top right corner, find and click the “Create Account” button.
  • Enter Account Manager Email: Provide the parent’s email address.
  • Optional: If you want your child to have access, provide their email in the next step.
  • Provide Children’s Information: Enter their name, birthday, gender, and Graduation Year.
  • Add Another Dependent: Click the button if you have additional children to add.
  • Next Step: Enter the parent’s info and create a password.
  • Click “Sign Up” and confirm your email by clicking the link we send you.

STEP 2: SIGN IN AND EXPLORE

  • Return to the Pike13 login page.
  • Enter your email and password.
  • Explore the dashboard to view classes, schedules, and payments.

STEP 3: BOOK A CLINIC OR SESSION

  • Go to the “Schedule” tab to view all available classes, clinics, and sessions.
  • Click on the class name to see details like time and instructor.
  • Click “Enroll” or “Book” to reserve your spot. You’ll receive a confirmation.

STEP 4: MANAGE YOUR SCHEDULE

  • Go to “My Schedule” to track your upcoming sessions.
  • Cancel or Reschedule: Click on a class to change your booking.

STEP 5: UNDERSTANDING PLANS VS. PASSES

  • Plan: A recurring membership that auto-renews (monthly, quarterly, etc.) – best for regular users.
  • Pass: A one-time purchase for a set number of classes, like a punch card.

STEP 6: HOW TO PURCHASE A PLAN OR PASS

  • Go to the “Store” tab to browse passes and plans.
  • Select a plan or pass that suits your needs.
  • Click “Purchase” and follow the steps to complete payment.
  • Enable auto-pay for recurring payments if necessary.

STEP 7: MAKE A PAYMENT

  • Visit the “Store” to browse plans and passes.
  • Choose your plan or pass and click “Purchase”.
  • Enter your payment info to complete the process. Enable auto-pay if needed.

STEP 8: UPDATE YOUR PROFILE

  • Click your name in the top right corner and select “My Profile.”
  • Update your phone number, email, or other personal details as needed.
